WHAT IS BANGIN' MASALA CHAI
Bangin' Masala Chai is: a caffeine free and sugar free take on the classic masala chai spice mix originating from India. This is a bold and punchy blend that invigorates the mind and warms the body. Crafted on Salt Spring Island from sustainably grown and ethically traded spices. Note, also: dairy free, gluten free, vegan and raw.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS
By cup (quick method): pour 1/2 cup of boiling water on to 1/2 tsp of spice in your favourite mug. Whisk and let spices infuse briefly. Top up with 1/2 cup of your preferred milk, sweeten to taste. Let the spices settle, no need to strain them out.
In a pot (traditional method): briefly simmer scant 1/2 tsp spices in 1/4 cup water and whisk. Add 3/4 cup milk of choice and heat to drinking temperature. Sweeten to taste and whisk before serving. No need to strain out the spices, they sill settle in the pot and/or cups.
For caffeine: add a black tea bag during the infusion process, or sub water component with coffee for a modern take known as a dirty chai.
We like it with: zero sugar oat milk, and 1/2 tsp honey per cup. We use our blender to give it a foamy latte finish.

Made of premium finely ground spices: cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, coriander, cloves.
Dietary considerations: free of caffeine, sugar, dairy, gluten and is vegan & raw. Supplier is certified organic.
